Below
you will find our posted House Rules. Please take a few moments to
read our Guest Policies. We want all of our guests to have fun, but
not at the expense of our other guests.
Please
let us know what we can do to make your stay more comfortable.
1.
Please be considerate of our other guests in the condo units around you at all hours.
2. For the security and quiet of all of our guests,
no unregistered guests are allowed
on the premises.
Unregistered guests will be charged $50 per person or unregistered guests
may be evicted immediately.
3. Condominium units each have two bedrooms and a Queen sleeper-sofa and have a
maximum capacity of six adults.
4.
No bachelor or bachelorette parties permitted.
5.
There is no lifeguard on duty at the swimming pool. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at the pool.
Pool hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Please note posted pool rules. No glass
or glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Please be considerate in
using radios at the pool. Pool furniture may not be removed from inside
fenced pool area.
6.
Check in time is 3 PM. Check out time is 11 AM.
Luggage storage is available before check in or after check out.

All guests must be registered at the office.
8.
No check-ins after midnight.
9.
We encourage our guests to clean up after themselves. Excessive messes
will incur a cleaning charge.
10.
A $350 security deposit is due upon check in.
11.
A deposit equivalent to one- night's stay is due within two weeks of
booking a reservation. The deposit is applied on the balance due upon
arrival. Full payment is due at check in.
12.
Our cancellation policy refunds your deposit -- less a $25 cancellation
fee -- if cancellation is made prior to the 14 days before the
reservation's arrival date.
13.
We offer all our guests a 10 percent discount on food at our affiliated
restaurant, The Skyway. Only registered guests will receive the 10 percent
discount.
14.
We do have a dock, but overnight docking of boats at our dock is
prohibited due to its unprotected nature and the low water. Your friends
are welcome to tie up for lunch at The Skyway.
15.
VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES OR
DISRUPTIVE ACTIVITY WILL RESULT IN EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND for all guests.
